Aduvo announced the launch of its new “set-it-and-forget-it” automated marketing platform designed to help busy mortgage professionals and increase sales with minimal effort, compared to other marketing systems.
Developed by the founders of mortgage software provider FocusIT, Aduvo’s aim is to fill a growing demand for powerful, user-friendly marketing that improves borrower engagement without extensive setup or training, according to a company press release.
“For too long, loan officers have been underserved by overly complex marketing systems that demand more time and effort than they save,” Aduvo founder and CEO Josh Bopp said in the release. “Aduvo addresses this by offering a straightforward, automated solution that integrates seamlessly into their existing systems, so they can work more efficiently and close more loans.”
By acting as a virtual co-pilot, Aduvo is designed for rapid deployment and integration. The platform is built to ensure loan officers can start leveraging their databases for sales opportunities within 15 minutes. Aduvo also said its platform can be integrated with a wide range of loan origination systems.
The company says early adopters of the Aduvo platform have praised its effectiveness, providing testimonials like this one:
“We have always been thinking about a marketing platform, but just never pulled the trigger,” 1st UCU Home Mortgage Vice President of Mortgage Services Patti Parker said in the release. “Aduvo reached out and turned out to be a breath of fresh air. It was so easy to set up, and it is almost hands-off (I do modify the marketing to include our corporate colors, but it is very easy) and it keeps me in touch with my contacts without very much of my time required. The best part is that Aduvo gave my business a real shot in the arm. I do know that newsletters and marketing to buyers are being read, because I am definitely hearing back.”
Aduvo attempts to separate itself from other platforms by offering all the marketing tools loan officers need “without the often overwhelming bells and whistles,” according to the release.
“We understand that time is a loan officer’s most precious asset and delivering an exceptional experience for their clients is their ultimate goal,” Bopp said. “That’s why we created stress-free marketing automation that not only creates happier borrowers, but happier mortgage sales professionals as well.”
While Aduvo prides itself on simplicity, the company asserts its platform features adaptable tools which loan officers can fine-tune for their marketing efforts. By providing consistent and personalized communication, Aduvo seeks to help loan officers improve their professional image and build stronger relationships with clients, per the release.
