The Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) 2025 annual flagship conference will run from Oct. 19-22 in Las Vegas, with 3,500 mortgage professionals set to attend. Dodd Frank Update will be on-site, speaking with industry insiders and covering various educational sessions addressing the state of the economy, the housing market and the regulatory environment.
The speaker lineup is set to include senior industry leaders, federal regulators, and high-profile keynote presenters. Confirmed speakers include Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte; U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Acting Secretary Scott Turner; Federal Housing Administration Commissioner Frank Cassidy; Fannie Mae President and CEO Priscilla Almodovar; and Freddie Mac President Mike Hutchins.
Some of the key discussion topics will be the overall health of the mortgage industry, the secondary market, technology trends and emerging regulatory risks. Breakout sessions will cover three themed tracks: “Policy Priorities,” “Market Opportunities & Operations” and “Innovation & Tech.”
Attendees also will hear presentations from unexpected voices in entertainment and politics.
