Waters' Letter to Hensarling on Subpoenas 2.27.2015

Under revisions of the House Financial Services Committee's oversight rules, Chairman Rep. Jeb Hensarling, R-Texas, has the unilateral power to issue subpoenas for information. Ranking Member Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., has expressed concerns of possible abuse in a letter.
