The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is forming a small business review panel as part of its initiative to integrate the mortgage disclosure forms that borrowers receive when applying for and closing on a loan. The agency also revealed some of the issues it plans to address as it works to craft rules to alleviate inconsistencies between the Truth in Lending Act and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act.
