Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Chairman Timothy G. Massad has announced his resignation, effective Jan. 20, 2017.
The CFTC press release announcing Massad’s resignation also included a statement from the outgoing chairman, highlighting the commission’s accomplishments during his tenure.
