Sabrina Bier joined Proper Title after a decade as a top-producing Realtor to bridge the gap between real estate agents (and/or attorney agents) and title insurance through education and digital media. We often say, “Sabrina speaks and thinks Realtor”. This dual insight allows Sabrina to craft exceptional educational programs that speak to all real estate professionals. As both a licensed CE instructor and a CLE instructor, she creates weekly classes that consistently draw large attendees due to her constantly pursuing valuable, relevant, and timely industry topics. Sabrina also hosts an online show interviewing other industry professionals that are experts in the niche.
Education is only half of Sabrina’s role at Proper Title. She is also focused on instilling in her clients the importance of the art of networking and the use of basic marketing to cultivate and retain relationships to help grow our clients’ businesses and brand. Sabrina maintains her message that marketing and networking success can only be met by mixing both “old school” and “new school” techniques.

Jamie leverages her years of industry experience by helping these companies vertically integrate their real estate operations while elevating the consumer experience. Prior to Qualia, Jamie held roles at QuinStreet and Apio. Jamie graduated cum laude from California Polytechnic State University.
