SingleSource Property Solutions, a provider of residential property services supporting the U.S. housing industry, announced Noah Meier has joined the company as chief appraiser.
With more than two decades of field and management experience, Meier will be tasked with expanding the company’s valuation services and sharpen quality assurance protocols to support faster, more consistent service for lender and servicer clients nationwide, according to a press release.
“Noah will be a key asset in advancing our valuation services, and we are pleased to welcome him to the team,” SingleSource CEO Brian Cullen said in the release. “He’s done this work from every angle – in the field, at major AMCs, and on his own. That breadth of experience is exactly what our valuation team needs right now, and we’re fortunate to have him.”
Meier began his appraisal career in 2004 by earning his first trainee permit at a New Jersey-based appraisal company. He went on to obtain his appraisal license and work as a field appraiser before moving into appraisal management, holding roles at Xome and ServiceLink. Meier also worked on his own as an independent fee appraiser.
“I’ve always been a grinder when it comes to getting appraisals out the door,” Meier said. “We have a strong foundation here and a great team, and I want to build on it by growing the vendor panel, improving our quality assurance, and pushing our service standards even further, so we continue exceeding our clients’ expectations.”
He holds certified or licensed appraiser credentials in New Jersey, Delaware and Rhode Island.
