ASB vice chair explains recent draft of guidance on AI, AVMs

The Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) of The Appraisal Foundation recently released a second Exposure Draft of proposed Advisory Opinion 41 aiming to guide appraisers on using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated valuation models while complying with USPAP.
