The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will need $279.6 million to perform its statutory duties next year, according to its acting director. Dodd Frank Update asked Garris Horn LLP Co-Managing Partner Richard Horn for his take on whether the bureau could actually run out of money as it faces yet another lawsuit.
