Velox Valuations is accelerating national growth with the launch of seven new franchise locations so far in 2025. The brand has expanded into places such as Dallas; Jacksonville, Fla.; Maryland; Nashville; San Diego and South Carolina strengthening its coast-to-coast presence, according to a press release.
Backed by more than 35 company-owned locations, Velox continues to strategically expand its footprint across the United States. The company is finalizing two additional franchise agreements that will expand its reach further in South Texas and Northern California.

In line with its nationwide expansion, Velox is actively seeking experienced Certified Residential Appraisers in Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio; Orlando, Fla.; Des Moines, Iowa; Indianapolis, Ind.; and the Southeastern Alabama region.
Candidates must hold an active license, demonstrate geographic competency, and possess strong communication and time-management skills.
