The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled 2-1 in favor of allowing the Trump administration to move forward with plans to cut approximately 90 percent of staff at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau via a reduction in force order. The plaintiffs are expected to request a rehearing of the case.
