Union seeks ‘judicially managed receivership’ of CFPB in case against Vought

The union representing employees of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) pleaded their case to end the work stoppage initiated by acting director Russ Vought and guard against future mass firings at the agency in a series of hearings in the D.C.
