Floify and FormFree recently announced a partnership that integrates FormFree’s AccountChek asset verification solution with Floify’s mortgage automation technology platform.
The partnership enables Floify’s lenders to request, analyze and certify a borrower’s financial data directly from their Floify account, which now integrates with AccountChek. Automated asset verification streamlines the mortgage underwriting process for both borrowers and lenders, who together make up Floify’s 90,000 registered users.
AccountChek by FormFree eliminates the hassle of collecting bank statements and other asset documents for loans by empowering borrowers to digitally submit their financial data directly to lenders in minutes. Fannie Mae recently named AccountChek its first designated vendor for asset verification. The software is the only patented, third-party solution approved by leading investors to deliver automated asset verification data and reports.
“The pressure to go digital has been driven by borrowers, who have been indoctrinated by online banking, shopping and travel sites to expect an intuitive and secure experience,” FormFree founder and CEO Brent Chandler said. “They want to replace cumbersome manual processes with a seamless digital experience, much like our Day 1 Certainty solution, announced recently by Fannie Mae, reducing the verification of assets to a simple, smart, secure code. FormFree is delighted to partner with Floify further extending the digital lending revolution.”
In addition to the latest alliance with Atlanta-based FormFree, Floify’s software platform integrates with Ellie Mae’s Encompass loan origination system (LOS) as well as DocuSign, Veri-Tax and leading business technology platforms such as Dropbox, Slack, Box, Google Drive and Microsoft Azure. The platform also securely verifies borrower assets from more than 15,000 top banking institutions, including Citibank, Charles Schwab, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Chase.
“Our customers rely on us to provide software that not only allows them to scale loan production, but does so with the highest level of security and compliance available in the industry,” Floify’s founder and CEO Dave Sims said. “The partnership with FormFree helps us continue to deliver on that trust.”
