In July, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) issued a request for information (RFI) regarding the future role of fintech in housing finance. Through the RFI, FHFA sought information relating to how industry participants understood and utilized fintech.

LexisNexis released its 2022 True Cost of Fraud Study which examines current fraud trends in the U.S. and Canadian retail and financial services industries. The study analyzes data from in-depth surveys from over a thousand fraud executives.
The study offered findings on a variety of fraud-related issues and recommendations for addressing potential threats.

The National Settlement Services Summit (NS3) marks its 15th anniversary this week by heading further west than it ever has. In the Valley of the Sun, the largest crowd yet will gather to hear from the best the industry has to offer over three days at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix.

The spotlight on state regulators is brighter than in the past with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) electing to focus more energy on functions other than enforcement under Mick Mulvaney’s leadership.

After helping build more than 200 bikes and Big Wheels for local youth over the past six years, attendees at the National Settlement Services Summit (NS3) took time Wednesday to provide a different kind of summer fun for Michigan children.
The seventh annual “Make a Child Smile” community service event, sponsored by Adeptive Software, saw attendees put together Summer Fun Supply Kits, which will be delivered to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan.
