than 45 speakers will take the stage over three days at the 20th National
Settlement Services Summit (NS3) at Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Fla. Over
600 attendees will hear from them during 18 sessions.
Keynote
Speaker Tawn Kelley, executive vice president at Taylor Morrison and president
of Financial Services, will kick off NS3 on Tuesday, May 21. She is followed by
engaging presentations including “Streamlining the Real Estate Journey: A
Consumer-Centric Approach,” “Building a Lucrative AfBA” and “AI 360.” Tuesday’s
offerings also include Tech Demos and three networking events (Make a Child Smile community outreach
event, Opening Night Reception and the Networking Nightcap).
Wednesday’s
full slate of sessions opens with a featured panel of federal regulators,
including leaders from the Federal Trade Commission, Freddie Mac and the U.S.
Department of Housing & Urban Development – Atlanta Homeownership Center,
moderated by RESPA News Editor Elizabeth Childers.
Attendees
can choose to attend presentations along the Innovation Track or the Compliance
Track, which includes CATO Institute Senior Advisor and author Mark Calabria as
the day’s featured speaker. He will sit down with October Research Chief
Knowledge Officer Mary Schuster to discuss “Navigating the Politics and
Policies of Now.” The day ends with the Networking Reception at CAVO Lounge.
Thursday
begins with the popular Women in Business Breakfast (preregistration required)
and includes GraphsandLaughs Chief Economist Elliot Eisenberg as the featured
speaker, sharing his economic outlook in his inimitable style. Other sessions
include “Ethics and Well-Being,” “Top Three Fraud Threats” and the return of
the Technology Forum.
