Cenlar FSB, the nation’s leading mortgage loan subservicer, announced today that Allison Batts has been appointed vice president of executive client management.
Batts is a transformational leader with a passion for innovation, process reengineering, and devising strategies to accelerate growth through organizational optimization, focused on leading employees, enhancing the client experience and driving organizational growth. As vice president of executive client management, Batts will be responsible for collaborating with the client management team to improve and enhance the delivery of our services that best focuses on the needs of our clients.
“Allison has an extensive track record of leading organizations and creating solutions to help better manage relationships with external stakeholders,” Senior Vice President of Client Relationship Management Matt Detwiler said. “She will be an invaluable asset to Cenlar in identifying and resolving challenges that will strengthen our relationships with clients and enhance their experience.”
Prior to joining Cenlar, Batts held multiple roles at Mr. Cooper, Inc. Most recently, she was managing vice president of client delivery at the company. She also held various roles at HSBC Finance, North America, including vice president of operations and governance in the Corporate Affairs North America division of the bank.
