Bank of America customers report outage

According to the website Downdetector, more than 19,000 people reported an outage at Bank of America Wednesday afternoon.

Bank of America Media Relations Executive Matt Card provided the following comment in reponse to an inquiry from Dodd Frank Update: 

"Some mobile and online banking clients experienced an issue accessing their accounts and balance information earlier today. These technology issues have been fully resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience."

Several Bank of America users commenting on Downdetector said they either couldn’t access their account balance or their balances read $0.
