Community Bankers say the recession is already here

In recent posts and data from the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) Chief Economist Thomas Siems, 96 percent of community bankers responded to a recent survey indicating that they believed the U.S. economy is already in the midst of a recession.
