U.S. Senators Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) submitted a letter to the Wells Fargo Board of Directors Oct. 20 outlining their concerns about former Chairman and CEO John Stumpf’s decision to step down and the Board’s selection of Tim Sloan as his replacement in the midst of a scandal involving upwards of 2 million fraudulent accounts.
