Wolters Kluwer’s Compliance Solution has added more than two decades of experience to its U.S. advisory services team by welcoming Jason Keller, a long-time Federal Reserve veteran, as associate director of specialized consulting.
In his new role, Keller will be responsible for managing a team of regulatory consultants who develop and deliver fair and responsible banking and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) consulting services.
Keller spent 23 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Most recently, he was its community and economic senior advisor and was responsible for overseeing and evaluating economic capacities and sustainable growth opportunities. He is a commissioned bank examiner and has served in leadership roles assessing compliance with various consumer protection regulations in community, regional, and large banks and bank holding companies in urban, suburban, and rural markets.
Additionally, Keller has spoken, trained, and moderated sessions on topics related to the CRA and fair lending at banking industry events. At Wolters Kluwer, he will play an integral role in helping financial institution clients navigate increased regulatory scrutiny, technology changes, and an ever-evolving regulatory landscape.
