The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) has announced that Taunja Moe has joined the association as director, product & training development for Community Banker University. Moe will be responsible for overall product maintenance, development and management for Community Banker University.
“We are excited to welcome Taunja to our team and look forward to her engagement and input as we develop the best and most comprehensive educational offerings for the nation’s community bankers,” Community Banker University Executive Vice President Lindsay LaNore said in a press release. “Taunja’s previous experience make her uniquely qualified to evaluate product offerings that will be suitable for helping community banks achieve success in today’s banking environment.”
Moe brings several years of training-related experience in the financial services industry, including 10 years as a corporate trainer and member service representative for St. Cloud Federal Credit Union. She also worked as assistant training director and continuing education coordinator for PrimeVest Financial Services Inc.
Moe has studied psychology at Capella University in Minneapolis and was a member of the Central Minnesota Training and Development Association. She volunteers in her spare time as a junior achievement teacher.
