PCLender, a loan origination system (LOS) provider, has named Joseph (Joe) Langner president. Langner, who was previously the chief sales officer and COO of Ellie Mae, brings 12 years of loan origination system experience to PCLender. Langer will supervise PCLender’s growth initiatives.
Langner is leading the executive team for PCLender and will be critical in the development of new business opportunities and strategic vendor relationships with the company. He is a seasoned veteran of the financial services and mortgage industries, with more than 25 years of senior level sales, marketing and general management experience. Langner has served in executive roles at a variety of companies, ranging from start-ups to $900-million business units.
As chief sales officer at Ellie Mae, Langner significantly increased overall revenue and market share in the mortgage industry through the introduction and expansion of the company’s LOS platform. Langner also served as general manager and executive vice president of Sage Inc., where he increased revenue and margins through the introduction of SAAS & desktop ERP (enterprise resource planning), CRM, business intelligence and payment processing solutions. In addition, he served in several senior positions at Dun & Bradstreet, where he developed patent-pending web-based business information solutions designed specifically for small businesses to help them improve processes and customer insight.
“I am very pleased to welcome Joe as president of PCLender,” DCLender CEO Lionel Urban said. “He has tremendous mortgage, financial and technology experience, and is a great asset to our executive team as we continue to expand our lender customer base and strategic vendor relationships.”
“PCLender's next generation software is a game changer,” Langner said. “They have a great product with limitless potential and the right foundation to grow. I’m excited to join their talented team, and look forward to furthering the growth of the company.”
