Comptroller of the Currency Thomas Curry said the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s Semiannual Risk Perspective report shows that the federal banking system continues to improve from the depths of the Great Recession. However, he said the agency remains concerned with risk management in a number of areas, singling out banks’ shortcomings in compliance with the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure rule and the Military Lending Act.
