The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s new mortgage rules may have gone into effect more than a month ago, but many lenders are still unclear about key rule provisions, according to bureau Director Richard Cordray. Cordray and other agency staff members fielded questions from credit union leaders during a webinar hosted by the National Credit Union Administration.
