After more than two years of conjecture and uncertainty, federal agencies working to implement the Dodd-Frank Act will soon unveil rules that are widely expected to transform the mortgage industry. At the 99th Annual Mortgage Bankers Association Convention and Expo in Chicago, association President David Stevens called for improved regulatory coordination and transparency.
