CFPB asks SCOTUS to hear unconstitutionality case

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) filed a petition for writ of certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court asking the high court to hear appeal of the Fifth Circuit case Consumer Financial Services Association of America v. CFPB.
If the court grants the writ, it is likely that the case will be heard later this term.
