Brian Hale, mortgage industry veteran with over 40 years of experience, has launched a new mortgage consultancy business called Mortgage Advisory Partners (MAP). The new venture will focus on mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers, banks, home builders, and real estate agents to improve their mortgage-related business.
Prior to MAP, Hale grew several organizations into top 5 originators and held numerous C-Suite positions with well-respected companies in the industry, including ClosingMark Financial Group, the financing division of William Lyon Homes, Stearns Lending, MetLife Home Loans, MetLife Bank, Countrywide, Wells Fargo and Fleet Mortgage. He and his team provide clients with the expertise needed for granular analyses and implementable solutions to optimize performance and profits.

Hales team plans to address areas such as strategic planning to help maximize profits; granular financial and operation analysis; financial planning, management report development and proforma generation outsourcing; production channel and joint venture optimization; talent assessment, support and acquisition; and mergers and acquisitions and monetization strategic support.
