Loan Vision, a mortgage accounting software provider, has attributed its continued success to a culmination of software features built to enhance the user experience, accompanied by an alignment on customer-focused initiatives, events and collaboration.
“The measures we undertook in 2017 are the continuation of our commitment to build long lasting relationships with our lenders,” Loan Vision President Martin Kerr said in a press release. “A solution is only as good as the ability to utilize it. Therefore, the focus on providing not only a solid solution technically, but also provide our lenders ongoing educational opportunities, accompanied by the launching of the self-service Knowledge Base, and webinars are the pillars to the Loan Vision customer experience.”
The company has tried to cultivate a customer experience that matches the functionalities it offers, according to the release. The combination of industry functionality and expertise of the Loan Vision team allowed for 26 new companies to be signed by year’s end, which also saw it achieve another year of double digit revenue growth. The company has attained positive growth figures each of the last four years.
The company began hosting a monthly educational webinar series, “Tips and Tricks,” which is designed to explore specific aspects of the Loan Vision system; while also hosting two, four-day “Super User” training seminars to help customers build out a focal point of knowledge within their organization, and further enhance their return on investment (ROI) in the system.
“Here at Loan Vision we are determined to continue to drive the usefulness of our mortgage accounting software,” Loan Vision Sales and Marketing Director Carl Wooloff said in the release. “The webinar series formulated to explore a specific functionality each session within Loan Vision and the first Loan Vision Conference complement each other to uncover the lenders’ abilities to maximize the value of the software. We have received positive and constructive feedback of the events to further match the needs of our customers in the future.”
The first Loan Vision User Conference, held in Pittsburgh, Pa., allowed attendees to take part in sessions hosted by industry guest speakers, as well as Loan Vision team members on specific system functionalities. Attendees also were privileged to the unveiling of new system functionalities. Such attentiveness to the customer experience is paving the way for Loan Vision to continue hosting events in 2018.
The accomplishments of the Loan Vision team also have continued to gain the recognition of Microsoft, as they were one of the privileged few to be named a member of the Microsoft Inner Circle for 2017-2018. Loan Vision 3.0 also achieved Certified for Microsoft Deployment.
“The recognition of Microsoft to be named a member of the 2017-2018 Microsoft Inner Circle is an exceptional achievement and is humbling. We are grateful to Microsoft and value their partnership enormously,” Kerr said.
In 2018, Loan Vision will host the second Loan Vision User Conference, as well as additional “Super User” trainings, while also continuing to support the MBA through attendance and sponsorship of several MBA conferences throughout the year. Look for more, as the Loan Vision User Advisory Council is launched and the Loan Vision solution offering and its offices further expand to better serve its customers.
