The National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions announced a new, members-only online community called the NAFCU ONES + CFPB Supervision Network. The new offering connects credit union leaders to discuss the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the National Credit Union Administration examination processes, expectations, and best practices.
“NAFCU is committed to helping credit unions grow stronger by providing them with the resources and tools they need to succeed,” NAFCU Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Anthony Demangone said in a release. “With that in mind, NAFCU is proud to launch our newest online community – the ONES + CFPB Supervision Network.”
NAFCU ONES + CFPB is one of seven of the organization’s online networks. It gives member credit unions access to active discussion threads and knowledge exchange with peers; behind-the-scenes insights from NAFCU staff and industry experts; and a member directory of fellow NAFCU member credit union professionals.
“NAFCU will also use this network as an opportunity to solicit feedback directly from our membership to bolster our advocacy efforts with our industry’s chief regulators,” Demangone said. “Our team could not be more excited to enhance our robust network offerings with this impactful, member-focused network.”
