Indecomm Global Services, a leading provider of business process as a service (BPaaS), software as a service (SaaS) technology and learning products for the mortgage industry, recently was named to the 2017 IDC FinTech Rankings for the fifth year.
The IDC FinTech Rankings by International Data Corp. Financial Insights are considered to be the most comprehensive vendor review within the financial services industry. The selections are based on 2016 calendar year revenues from hardware, software and service providers to financial institutions.
“Making this list for the fifth year in a row results from our ongoing commitment to providing the financial industry with digital platforms that improve efficiencies while managing risk,” Indecomm Global Services Group CEO and Managing Director Naresh Ponnapa said in a press release. “We have a shared vision with our client partners for technological change that helps them grow their business.”
The providers listed in the IDC FinTech Rankings supply the financial services industry with critical technological solutions for their unique problems. Global IT expenditures are forecast to reach half a trillion dollars by 2018, according to IDC Financial Insights.
“A position on the IDC FinTech Rankings is a significant achievement, demonstrating a fintech company’s commitment to the success of their financial institution clients,” IDC Financial Insights Senior Analyst Karen Massey said. “The IDC FinTech Rankings, now in its 14th year, is the global industry standard who’s who of financial services technology providers, and we congratulate the 2017 winners.”
The IDC FinTech rankings also are considered an important vehicle for assessing the health and direction of technology in the financial services industry and the innovative solutions emerging from new firms. Companies often refer to the rankings during strategic planning, particularly when considering investing in third party technology solutions.
“At Indecomm, we are engaged in the hard science of technology and the art of business implementation,” Ponnapa said. “Smart solutions are only as smart as their ability to bring revenue to the bottom line. This is something we understand very well at Indecomm as we apply technology to the individual business issues of our clients. These business goals naturally lead us to be included in prestigious rankings like this.”
