Whistleblower tips still on the rise, SEC says

The leader of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s whistleblower office says the agency continues to receive an increasing number of tips. Sean McKessy, chief of the Office of the Whistleblower, said the SEC received 3,620 whistleblower tips in FY 2014, a more than 20 percent increase in just two years.
