CFPB Final Rule: Adjudication proceedings

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau finalized three rules that deal with the agency’s investigative and adjudicative processes and its interaction with state law enforcers. The final rules replace interim final rules the bureau released in July 2011. The CFPB said it took steps to improve and clarify the final rules based on public input.
