ABA: CFPB’s overdraft survey plan evades transparency

In response to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s notice and request for comment on its request for approval from the Office of Management and Budget to conduct a survey on overdraft protections, several trade associations took issue with the fact that the bureau did not include the actual survey for public review.
