Eight U.S. megabanks retain 'systemic' designation

Eight U.S. firms remain on an updated list of global systemically important banks released by an international panel tasked with developing regulatory policies in the interest of world financial stability. G-SIBs will be required to meet heightened capital standards in the coming years and will face additional requirements intended to enhance world financial stability.
