CFTC delays compliance date for audio recordkeeping requirements

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission heeded the concerns of industry participants who said they needed additional time to comply with new swaps recordkeeping requirements adopted under Dodd-Frank. The CFTC’s Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight issued time-limited no action relief for swap dealers and major swap participants.
